DELIVERY & Returns

As a service to our customers, we can arrange the shipping of orders via one of external carriers. All shipping costs will be added to the order confirmation and shown on proforma invoice.

NOTE: ​The shipping costs do NOT include any customs duties, other taxes or import fees that may be levied in the country of destination. Extra charges will be paid by the customer on delivery. Please note, that delivery may take longer due to customs proceedings and shipping delays in the country of destination, or around holidays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by any external shipping company. All claims for freight damage must be made within 3 working days of receipt.

Products made to individual order cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. All complaints must be notified to us by e-mail and get approved by us. Before returning a defected product, you need to contact us via email and await further instruction before returning the item(s). Some of the products, such as brass and copper, are living materials which means they will oxidize and age. Therefore, the warranty or right of claim does not apply in these cases. When returning product(s), you as a customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. All product(s) must be returned in the same state and packaging as they came. As our products are very sensitive to bumps, it is therefore very important that each item(s) are packaged individually with protective packaging. This to keep all item(s) steady and in place in the return package.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 working days after receiving your return. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

NOTE: the shipping cost that was charged upon purchase will not be refunded in case of a return or exchange.
