Welcome to PLEASURE BY ANN. DESIGN STORE. By shopping on this website, you automatically accept the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering any product. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms constitute is an agreement between you and company Pleasure by Ann. DESIGN STORE, VAT-UE: PL6171784164, headquarter: Jana Spychalskiego 8 / 38, 61543 Poznan, Poland (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller").
The company is registered since 01.12.2004 in Poznan register of business activity no. REGON 634631132.

The prices of all goods are gross prices (including 23% VAT) and are in EUR. The prices displayed on the websites, as well as the descriptions of the goods are only commercial information, and that is no offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
By placing an order in online store, the Buyer makes an offer to buy a product for the price and features listed in its description on the online store's website. The subject price and description of the goods become binding only after confirmation of the order by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods presented on the online store pages, post information about new goods, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store's websites, sell or introduce changes to them.
The seller declares that the goods sold through the store are brand new, covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The product's defect is not considered natural wear of the product, in particular the oxidation process and other chemical reactions of metal coatings, i.a. brass, copper, aluminum, steel. The basis of the complaint is the original or a copy of the purchase document: receipt, invoice.
The photos of the goods displayed on the store's website may differ from the actual appearance of the goods.
All goods and names presented on the store's website are used for identification purposes only and may be registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Pleasure by Ann. DESIGN STORE with headquarter in Poznan, Spychalskiego 8/38, is the administrator of personal data collected from Buyers in the store.
The Seller informs that the personal data of Buyers will be processed in order to implement sales contracts, in connection with which they can be forwarded to transport companies or other subcontractors in the delivery of purchased goods to Buyers, payment system operators (if this form of payment is chosen).
The personal data of the Buyer may also be processed for other purposes, in particular to provide information materials and marketing offers in the form of a newsletter. The buyer has the right to access their data and correct them.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, applicable provisions of the generally applicable law shall apply.
It is necessary to fully accept these Regulations to place an order in the store.
